Chapter 12 of The Revelation

There is much discussion being promoted and conducted this month of September of 2017 about a part of the Biblical book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ to St. John the Divine and “Planet X.” Sadly enough it is centered on bad information and a theory of scriptural interpretation which cannot be proven. It basis said application of the meaning of the interpretation of the allegory of this prophecy upon the rotation of the astrological signs which are coincidentally rotating through our time periods this month. However, to be sure that while most certainly the Apostle John could have made reference to such an incident in his prophecy, he did not. John was not an astrologer.

To help people have better guidance as to how to understand this section of John’s writing, I am placing below a copy of Chapter 12 from The Literal Authorized Version of The Revelation and a quote from my commentary concerning how it has already been fulfilled. For more information concerning how I came to this understanding of the allegorical language of Bible prophecy, may I suggest you obtain a copy of my work called: REVEALED from Amazon’s Kindle bookstore.

The Revelation, Chapter 12, The Literal Authorized Version.

 • And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a city made righteous with the Father God, and the Jerusalem under her walk, and upon her king a life of twelve churches;
 • And she being with God cried, travailing in birth and pained to be delivered.
 • And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great sinful Satan, having seven kings and ten kings, and seven lives upon his kings.
 • And his false prophet drew the third part of the churches of heaven, and did cast them to the enemies: and Satan stood before the city which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her god as soon as it was born.
 • And she brought forth a man-god, who was to rule all nations with a correction of Rome, and her god was caught up unto God, and to his Heaven.
 • And the city fled into the desolation, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there 1260 years.
 • And there was war in heaven: Michael and his ministering spirits fought against Satan; and Satan fought and his demons.
 • And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
 • And the great Satan was cast out, which deceiveth the whole world; he was cast out into the enemies, and his demons were cast out with him.
 • And I received a loud speech saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the word of his Messiah: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God at all times.
 • And they overcame him by the life of the Christ, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

 1. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the tribe and of the people! For Satan is come down unto you having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
 2. And when Satan saw that he was cast unto the enemies, he persecuted the city which brought forth the man-god.
 3. And to the city were given two chariots of a great Rome, that she might fly into the desolation, into her place, where she is nourished for 1260 years, from the appearance of the Satan.
 4. And the Satan cast out of his speech a spirit as an enemy after the city, that he might cause her to be carried away of the enemy.
 5. And the foundations helped the city, and the foundations opened her speech, and swallowed up the enemy which Satan cast out of his speech.
 6. And Satan was wroth with the city, and went to make war with the remnant of her children, which keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus the Messiah.

From Bob Robbins’ Commentary, REVEALED, Part 2, Book IV:

Chapter 12 – The Women and the Dragon

Suddenly the scene changes from one concerning mainly the events of the physical earthly world to that which is universal and spiritual. John again begins recording the prophecy, now in a different light, as he was told he must do in Chapter Ten.

There appeared to John “a great and wondrous sign … in heaven” of “a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feel and twelve stars on her head” (REV 12:1). The figurative description here seems clearly to indicate the city of Jerusalem. While it seems contradictory to many teachings, that woman represented the true church, this fact is, in actuality, quilt complimentary of that theory.

Found in the midst of nearly every major, and oft times minor city in the world is the home base of some religion or religious denomination; sometimes even several denominations or religions can be found to have sprung from one metropolitan area. Though some may not be obvious to the untrained eye, others are quilt prominent. Mecca is the central holy city for Islam, The Church of Christ Scientists’ home base is in New York City. The Roman Catholics, of course, are ruled from a Rome suburb. The Church of the Nazarene’s base of operations is in Lenexa, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri while, in another of Kansas City’s suburbs, Independence, Missouri, is a denomination called The Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints; while another of this metropolitan’s suburbs called Unity Village headquarters for the Unity Church. The list could go on for pages but the fact is that the base of true faith has and shall continue to be in Jerusalem which is depicted in Scripture as a virtuous woman. (JER 6:2; ISA 54:5; HOS 2:19; JOH 3:29; 2CR 11:2)

Citing people like Seiss and Davis, Anderson points out how important it is to recognize that there is but one true church; that being the one derived from the ancient Israeli nation which was spoken of by Luke as “the church in the wilderness” (ACT 7:18) which contained twelve kingdoms (or churches) made up of all the nation’s twelve tribes. “The whole Bible,” says Anderson, “has but one story: the story of the conflict between Christ and his enemy: between the seed of the woman and the dragon” (UTR pg 113).

But, without warning, another “sign” appeared: that of an enormous red dragon. Anmianus Marcellinus reported that there was a dragon affixed to the purple standard (flag) of Rome (TRH bk. 16, ch. 12, par. 39, pg. 116) which dragon Anderson reports to having been red when quoting from Marcellinus’ History of the Roman Empire. Rome, having been built on a group of seven hills, or mountains, from which it conquered the then known “civilized” world and divided it into ten governmental sub regions fulfills the description of the dragon described by John completely.

This dragon, through its “prophecies” and promises, drew a third of the stars, or that is four of the tribes which were of Israel, and flung them into the foundational teaching of of their faith. These teachings of the Pharasees and Saducess caused much grief to be laid upon the true followers of the faith and thus did the dragon stand “in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born” (REV 12:4).

That this was truly the case can be shown by the order given by Herod for the extermination of all male infants in Bethlehem after Jesus’ birth. But add to this extermination the fact that Saul (Paul) of Tarsus had himself belonged to one of these groups and later repented of his erroneous ways to become a chief witness as to the Messiahship of Jesus throughout the rest of his life.

The moment Jesus was born he was swept away by his Earthly parents into a safe place where little is known of him until the beginning of his ministry when he was about thirty. Years later, after the dragon thought it had put an end to this man’s threatening position, Jesus arose from the grave in which the dragon had placed him. Soon he was “snatched up to God and to his” place in heaven (REV 12:5). This was seen by eleven of the disciples and many other persons who were with them and recorded by Luke in his book of the Acts of the Apostles (1:9).

In following the instructions of her Lord, the Church “fled into the desert to a place prepared for her by God” (MAT 24:15-21). Where this place was is not ever revealed possibly because if, perchance, this writing were discovered and understood by the dragon’s people it would not have been wise to record where the church was hiding. However, in 70 A.D., when the Roman soldiers tramped into Jerusalem and destroyed the temple; those who heeded Jesus’ words to “flee into the hills and mountains” (MAT 24:16) were spared their lives. The headquarters of the church was, at that time, moved into Antioch temporarily and, according to Anderson, other secluded places, such as the Piedmont valleys and the Alpine mountains, even the friendly young America, all became havens of refuge for the persecuted people of God” (TUR pg. 119).

At the same time that Jesus was winning the hearts of men and women on Earth, giving evidence that he was, as Peter pronounced, “the Christ, the Son of the Living God” (JOH 6:69), there was also occurring a “war in heaven” (REV 12:7). Michael, the archangel of Might who took over the battle between Gabriel and “the prince of the Persian kingdom” when Daniel had asked God for answers concerning prophecy (DAN 10:12-14), had gathered the good angels against Satan who, along with the fallen angels, were in battle in order to maintain their place in Heaven.  “But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven” (REV 12:8).  Jesus said, concerning this battle, as he gazed into the night sky near Capernaum one evening as the seventy-two disciples which he had sent out in the surrounding area to preach returned, “I saw Satan fall like lightening from heaven…” (LUK 10:18)

Michael had successfully “hurled down that ancient serpent … who leads the whole world astray.” The Authorized (King James) Version of the Bible says that at this moment Satan and his angels were “cast out into the earth” (REV 12:9).  That is he was cast into the midst of Earth, never again to return to the heavens.  The places on Earth like the Bermuda Triangle seem to indicate that such a place as this Scripture speaks of does exist on this planet.  Innumerable times have ships and planes disappeared while navigating over these negative vortexes never again to be seen.  There must, is seems, be a reason.  Is it not reasonable that these disappearances occur basically only when these negative vortexes are “turned on” for either the entrances or exits of the negative universe’s occupants; they being the demons, or fallen angels of Satan?

The idea that the demonic world is largely aquarian and reptilian in nature can be seen not only in the fact that it was a serpent-like creature which seduced Eve from the truth originally; but in the various forms of religious literature throughout the world, from Syria to Egypt, from India to South American it is recorded in the artifacts that the “wisdom” between the knowledge of what is good and what is evil has come from the “underworld” or out of the “waters of the deep” (SGM pg 75, 79; see: REV 4.10.0; 3.1.6).  Some have said that these were the remains of the creatures of Atlantis which legend claims to have sunk. But it did not sink at all.  Rather it was flooded by God in Noah’s day never to be drained again even to this day.  These creatures, of which the Loc Ness Monster could possibly be one sample, are not the beings who evolved into amphibious creatures due to their continent being flooded as some occultists believe, but instead are fallen angels who left their “first estate” (JUD 6) in order to follow Satan, their god.

They made this decision long before man was created but now they had been forced into the planet, Earth, once and for all time. The angels which remained in the heavens rejoice, saying:

“Now have come the salvation and the power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ.  For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.  They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Therefore rejoice, you heavens and them who inhabit them!  But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you!  He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.” (REV 12:10-12—NIV)

John says that, “When the dragon saw he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.” He did this by first entering into one of Jesus’ own disciples, Judas, and causing him to betray his Lord to the Roman soldiers and the Hebrew Sanhedrin. This, in effect, caused the eventual crucifixion of Jesus. But when Jesus did not remain in the grave, as Satan had hoped, the devil them set out to pursue and attempt to destroy the church which bore Christ’s name.

The church heeded the waning Jesus had given her, as mentioned before, and beginning in 70 A.D. until 1330 A.D. (exactly 1260 years) she was hid in obscurity in the desolation of the remains of the Roman Empire. Then, in the decades of 1330-1340 the Catholic University of Paris found itself in the midst of a struggle with a group called “nominalists” which censured fifty-one points of the teaching of a man named Ockhan who was of the Franciscan order (WYC pg. 8). His book, De Ecclesiatica et Politica Protestate and books by one of his contemporaries, Mrsiglio, who wrote both Defensor Paris and Diagolus became widely read during the mid-fourteenth century and became a strong influences upon John Wycliff who was born in 1320 (JWT pg. 71,72), the prophet who stood up against the Catholic Church and translated the Bible into English.

So, while there may be a remote possibility of a possible interpretation of the prophetic book of The Revelation in the way the doomsayers are promoting on the Web and other ways, the possibility of it’s accuracy is nominal. As you can see if you read the above disclosure, the glorious woman was the Jewish nation/church and the twelve stars were the twelve tribes. To see where I got these definitions please see the prophetic dictionary found in Part One of my series. If you have any questions about this article, Revelation 12, “Planet X,” or anything else concerning this type of prophecy please comment and ask your questions on this blog.

It’s Your Choice

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live….”

(DEU 30:19; as found in Bible Gateway; In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations)

Okay, so the worldly prophets are at it again. All over the virtual world of the Web, in numerous churches and even on the planet’s talk on the streets and in the homes of many our eyes are being turned toward the heavens as the soothsayers and the doom prognosticators are pointing toward August 21 and September 23, 2017, as harbingers of the beginning of the end. Are they right?

You’d think we’d know better by now that a total eclipse of the sun, caused simply by the passage of the moon between the direct path of the light created by the sun’s flames and a relatively small land space on Earth, is nothing more than a periodic natural event which occurs due to simple physical universal laws. Yes, there is reference of the sun being darkened in the book of The Revelation (8:12). Yes, there is mention of a stone being cast onto Earth which destroys one-third of those living (REV 18:21). But I ask you, how many other eclipses have occurred since the time during which John scripted his vision? How many other “visionaries” have there been who have warned Earth’s inhabitants of impending doom and the arrival of “Judgement Day” only to be left standing alone with only a few blind soles after the astronomical event, be it an eclipse, a meteor shower, the passage of a nearby comet or some other natural phenomena?

Is there a better way to understand the prophecies of the Bible? Is there another “message” to the things we see and experience personally for perhaps the first time? The answer to this is a resounding “YES!” It is because of such confusion, either intentional and manipulative in purpose or unintentional that a more pure understanding of how the prophecies of the Bible is imperative.

That is why I’ve dedicated my life to writing and publishing my series called REVEALED. Not to show my power of the printed word, the fact that I received low grades in school in English proves I do not have that. The book was not to be my theses to prove my vast knowledge of both scripture and world history, I do not carry a theological degree and my education has centered on business, psychology and education – not religion. But my acceptance to the call to help people better understand the glorious foundations of the Scriptures and the prophecies found within them came early in my life, before being indoctrinated by worldly churches. Thus I have found no need to constantly be looking for ways the prophecies are to be fulfilled. My faith is simple. I know the prophecies of the Bible, for the most part, have already been filled, or they are being fulfilled, or a few are yet to be fulfilled. Simple as that.

There is really nothing left to be to be revealed about the mysteries of the prophecies, and there has not been since John wrote The Revelation. The only reason I chose to write my series of lessons/books is to try to give further guidance concerning how to comprehend the picturesque language those prophecies are written in better. John was told not to seal up his book (REV 22:10), therefore he tried to make the way of understanding the prophetic words as clear as possible. But by the nature of man, confusion sat in over the centuries to the point that everyone who studies the Scriptures believe they have the right understanding of the words contained in the prophecies. Such confusion causes people to have doubt, to believe lies and to think the Bible has no basis of Truth when the prophecies fail as interpreted.

We all have a choice to make for August 21, 2017 and beyond. I’ll admit that I am making a statement similar to what the worldly theologians make when I say that this date is not necessarily the beginning of the end. It could be. But I believe as strongly as those who proclaim that possibility that the beginning of the end started over 2000 years ago and that we are about to enter a “new age” of hope, peace and love of which this planet has never experienced. This is not starting on August 21, nor any other specific date. It will not be announced by an eclipse, a comet, “Planet X” nor any other astronomical event. This coming 1000 years of peace, the Millennial Sabbath, will come by an awakening of the spirit of mankind into their true spiritual personhood. The chaos of this world will pass away as people begin to understand that there is more to this life than we have been told.

The Hebrew people, the Jews, missed the Christ when he first came to Earth because they sought a worldly king who would defeat their enemies and establish their kingdom over all the earth. It did not happen. Most missed their Messiah because he came as a peaceful servant, not a conquering warrior. Followers of Jesus today, many of them, are doing the same thing. They believe that it is our responsibility to establish “The Kingdom of God” regardless what it takes, violent or otherwise. Please, do not be deceived. God’s ways are not man’s ways (ISA 55:8). When Jesus was here, nearly 2000 years ago he established a spiritual kingdom of people who were taught the knowledge of the kingdom of spirit, who was given understanding of that knowledge and who were able to obtain the wisdom of how to live in that spirit. We need not create the Kingdom of God on Earth, it is already here. We need not fear the future, we should rejoice in it.

Yes, times are likely going to get tough through the next few years, especially if people listen to and believe what the worldly philosophers and prophets are proclaiming. And I admit that what I am writing here is but my opinion and could be wrong. Are you able to make such a statement about the coming eclipse? Planet X? Or in previous years about Hale Bop, meteor showers or a multitude of other astronomical events which have been declared by well-meaning yet misled spokes persons who struck fear in people’s hearts as they spoke.

The choice is ours. We can either follow these ungrounded mythologies surrounding scriptures and allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by fear and dark knowledge, or we can stand in the light of the sun on August 21, 2017 and watch as that light is temporarily darkened by the moon passing overhead. This marvelous event shows our dependence upon the natural light of the sun, even as our spiritual life is dependent upon the light of love emitting through the true believers of God. There is nothing to fear. Experience this eclipse. Watch the sun disappear. Watch it come back again. Even as Jesus, the Christ, arose from the grave, the Spirit of God has been, is, and shall always be here. Our choice is, do we believe it?

Have you been asking “What on Earth is happening here. . . on Earth?” This is a question which has been asked by people throughout history and has been speculated by both the wise and fools ever since the beginning of time. One of the most discussed and controversial books ever written, The Book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ to St. John, found in the Christian Holy Bible today stands in the midst of this question. Why is this book so important? Why is it written in an allegorical, “secretive” language which seems to cause more confusion than answers to the basic question? And even if this description the apostle tells is accurate how can we know where we are at in its forecasts?

This book is Volume Two of The Espirational Truth Ministries’ continuing series on the systematic research which its founders have been doing for over 50 years. Volume One was where the author explained what the prophetic, allegoric language is and how the definitions to the figurative language is found in Bible parables and prophecies as they were discovered and found. It contains a glossary of many of the common terms used in the Bible parables and The RevelationVolume Two of this series called REVEALED is a stand alone volume which builds on the theory presented in Volume One where the allegorical language of the prophecy as presented by John has been removed using the literal language as defined by the Bible itself. Then, as shown to be done by Old Testament prophets like Daniel the prophetic writing of The Revelation is carefully correlated with history. This current Kindle edition has footnotes showing how events which has occurred since this book’s original publication in 1988 have progressively pushed Earth’s history further along the path toward prophetic fulfillment as described by John.

This is not just another doom and gloom book of predictions which talks about the “end days” and the ultimate destruction of Earth and Earth’s inhabitants. If you read to the end of the book you will see how humans have a glorious future promised where we are returned to our proper place of being citizens of the Universe created by a loving God. We will finally realize that we are spiritual beings having a human experience who are invited into eternity by the creator of us all. Please read this book and share it with others. We all need hope in this chaotic world we live in today. That’s what this book offers.

Why is The Revelation in Code?

(The article below is an answer I composed to a question poised on the Christian Chat forum and presented here for the visitors to my sight to read also.)
Just some off hand things about Revelation. If you start from chapter 4 and try to read the rest of Revelation as you would any other written description of events you will be confused. There are to be 144,000 Jews, 12,000 from each of the tribes of Israel when the tribes of Israel ceased long ago. At the final battle vultures will eat the bodies of horses when horses are not used in battle today. Don’t get the wrong idea, I believe that Revelation is inspired of God, however do we assume the 144 thousand Jews just meant consecrated Jews and the horses meant machines? Also, why is Rev written in such an unorthodox manner that it cannot be understood in the traditional way? Anyone have any good answers?
Hi Samuel23,
Thank you for your question. What a wonderful way for me to start my social campaign for the research life work I started working on over 50 years ago. The questions you have asked here are questions which have been asked repeatedly for the past 2000 years and answered by scores of scholars, theologians and laymen alike; those claiming to have the gift of prophecy given by YHWH, God, himself, or through a multitude of years in theological schools and other intensive study. Most of the answers you have received in this forum thus far have been well thought out and mostly provable points generally taught by the “dispensationalists.” I especially appreciate the points made by tanakh who referred you to find direction toward understanding The Book of The Revelation in the Bible’s Old Testament prophetic writings, and the opening statement made by Stunnedbygrace who stated that: “I think Revelation is written in a form that is so confusing to the human mind that no man will figure out any part of it without the Holy Spirits help.”

I asked for that help when I was but still a teenager and had an experience which ended up in an intensive Biblical study which lasted about 25 years with a self-published rough draft of a book explaining the process I went through and the basic understanding of the prophecy as given in The Revelation. This book answers the type of questions you have asked here in this forum and many others, but it does not follow conventional dispensational thought, nor specifically any other theory/theology being promoted by the current day theologians. Room and courtesy does not allow a detailed accounting for how the prophecies are best interpreted here in this forum, however you can read my book free if you have a Kindle Unlimited membership. The book is for sale on Kindle also at a low price which I mention only to let you know at risk of being censored by this Web-sites managers for breaking the forum’s marketing rules. This is mention of my book is for your information only and not intended to specifically promote the sale of my book. You can find it by entering “Robbins REVEALED” into the search engine. However if this answer to the question is censored or not allowed to post due to the marketing rule, I understand as I am in full agreement with that rule.

Now, let’s look at a few of your questions. I am going to approach your last question first. . . “why is Rev written in such an unorthodox manner that it cannot be understood in the traditional way?” The answer to this has been partially answered by previous commenters. Jesus stated clearly that there were some things that were given for his disciples and other believers to know, but not the unbelievers. Thus, Jesus explained that he taught in parables. When the disciples stated however that they did not understand the parables Jesus showed some surprise that they did not know how to interpret the parables. Jesus was Rabbani, meaning “master teacher.” Once I realized this I decided to search diligently into the way Jesus said to understand parables and prophecies and not so much what denominational teachers said. The search started with the teaching Jesus gave the disciples about the “Parable of the Sower” which essentially, if viewed logically and systematically, is a vocabulary lesson of how each word is defined by another until the whole of the parable is taken from figurative to literal wording – much more understandable.

This one lesson then lead to attempting to find other parables to understand in this way, and indeed the lessons of the parables began opening a spiritual path and universe that many are only able to talk about and hope for. Then came the realization that prophecies are nothing more than the recording of dreams and visions which are but spiritual parables and can be interpreted in the same way. So I set forth to attempt to prove this by setting a goal to remove the book of The Revelation from its alliterative state. Easier said than done. It took several years with the help of many students and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to find enough words to make the story found in the recordings by the Apostle John more usable, and several more years to put it in a presentable form.

Now understand, this has not been done to show off my knowledge nor to make claim of having a gift of prophecy. What I have done could be done by anyone with the fortitude to stick to a specific, while difficult, goal and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Nearly all of the words of The Revelation, and all other prophecies and parables, are defined in the Holy Bible as we know it. All we need do is set our hearts toward finding them and “rightly dividing the word of God” to make them useful

For instance, the idea of horses in modern combat. First we see surprising pictures from the middle east battles where some of the militants do indeed ride horses in battle even in today’s modern mechanized warfare. This is because in some areas the sandy dessert conditions can cause extreme mechanical problems making most machinery unusable. But that’s really not the issue here. When you look up the word “horse” in the scriptures to find its alliterative meaning you eventually find that a horse, in ancient battle, was essential to the armies of that time as recorded by Ezekiel (28:4), and that the word horsemen referred to soldiers (NEH 2:9). Therefore the literal word for the spiritual word of “horse” would be “army.” When one substitutes the word into the prophecy, along with the many other words found in the vision, the meaning becomes much more understandable and timely.

Please understand, this systematic study of the prophecies is not one to be taken lightly and cannot be done effectively without dedicating one’s self to the study of the Holy Word of God. The confusion over the meanings of the alliterative language has come simply because a great many of well-meaning theologians have interpreted many of the words from figurative to literal, but when they could find no more they declared the rest of the words undefinable and tried to mix the literal with the figurative; causing confusion.

After the alliterations are interpreted, the next step must be to understand how such visions can be shown to fit into Earth’s history. One person stated correctly that the book of The Revelation was as a completion of Daniel’s prophecies. As such, since Daniel always correlated the dreams and vision he spoke of as being fulfilled by history, the same would be true of the book of The Revelation. Most people understand this but the question is how does one know which historical event is to be correlated with which prophetic event? This is where the guidance of the Holy Spirit is of utmost importance, but the facts must be clear, points cannot be skipped nor ignored, and historical accuracy and witnesses must be demanded.
Why were the prophecies put in this hidden language? To protect it. To protect us as believers. But now its prophecies are all but completed, provable by time; and once proven they cannot be denied.

Blessings on your studies of God’s Word.

More Prophetic Evidence Revealed

ETM Press Release – ETM Publishing of Oklahoma, U.S.A. has just republished the second volume of its series of books called REVEALED. It has been thirty years since Robert O. Robbins’ book called What the Righteous Desire to See was first published in 1988. At that time it received mixed reviews with people showing less interest in its historical proof of prophecy than the more popular pretribulation theory being widely taught at that time. Since that first publication date, much has happened concerning world events. The Iron Curtain was torn down shortly after this book was first published with Russia becoming more westernized shortly thereafter, causing the world politics to seemingly get closer as Robbins implied would happen in his book.

The radical Islamic believers have raised their heads once again in the world’s history and have declared jihad against the U.S. and all other of the world’s unbelievers in the Islamic faith, proving them to continue to be the “scourge of the Earth” even as Robbins implied they would be in his book. And the super-rich of the world, the multi-billionaires who control most of the true wealth and productivity of the planet, have begun to show their true intent with the “forgiveness” of the bankers for the economic crash in the U.S. in 2009 at the end of George W. Bush’s second term of Presidential office. And now the election of a presumed billionaire to the presidency who has had no previous political experience could fall in line with prophecy according to Robbins. While not in detail, all these events can be found lightly indicative of things which the Apostle John saw in his vision and wrote about in The Book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ nearly 2000 years ago.

It is because history seems to be marching on at a much faster pace than previously toward the fulfillment of prophecy that E.T.M. Publishing has decided to republish this book series. The main body of the series is the same as it was in its original edition, but the original book has been broken into four books which appear now in two volumes under the name of REVEALED.

“This was done to make the work less ‘intimidating,’” said Mr. Robbins. “I don’t claim to be a great writer. The way I have chosen to understand and explain prophecy is one which was taught by Hebraic schools during “Old Testament” times, and it was the way Jesus taught his disciples to understand prophecies and parables. I explain this system in Volume One of REVEALED. In Volume Two, I have carefully correlated the events prophesied by John in The Revelation with history. While I go beyond what can be proven by history and current events to be accurate prophecy, and while I make some predictions which may surprise people about what I believe will occur in the near future, I am the first to recognize that the proof of prophecy can only be absolute with the passage of time. What I predict, like perhaps the way the ‘mark of the beast’ shall be given, may not occur the exact way I have stated in the book but since the mark represents an economic system for materialistic control then the purpose is more important than the method.”

Since the original words of the book have been kept as first published for the reader to see that there have been no significant changes in what Robbins said thirty years ago, updating has been done in the form of footnotes. Volume One contains two separate books, The Prophet’s Language and The Prophet’s Dictionary are both presented to teach the reader the system of understanding the prophetic words and where they can be found in the Christian Holy Bible. Volume Two gives the “interpretation” of the figurative language found in The Book of The Revelation into literal language and the correlation of the prophecy with history, called What the Righteous Desire to See.

Both volumes are now available for anyone to obtain at It can either be read “free” through the Prime membership library or purchased through the Kindle bookstore. Printed copies are not yet available. Profits from the sale of this work will be used toward the expenses of publicizing and distributing this message of hope and toward the ministry of helping those in need as required. A Newborn Year — A Newborn Life

To the new born, everything is new. While usually their eyes are still sealed shut, the new world around them is vibrant with sounds, smells and textures. All of which are spell binding. All of which are wonderfully compelling. All of which create a drive to want to see. To the person who is newly born into the true faith of the Spirit of God, of Christ, within us it is no different. These new born believers hear the sounds of truth around them. They smell the essence of the incense of prayers for them. And they feel the love which is now their life not only within them but all around them. Grow, little children, sleep, observe, play; for soon you will see with your own eyes, your own spirits, that which many have only ever dreamed.

We are holding now a three day old New Year in our hands, what do we do to help it grow and develop into the type of year we can be proud to be part of? We are also holding the occassion to allow the Spirit of the Christ child opportunity to grow within us. The question is will we?

There is only one way a baby grows: By someone loving it enough to provide its basic needs of air, water, milk, warmth and protection. As newborns grow they learn to do these things themselves, but for now they must be comfortable with being cared for by those who love them.

The same is true with this new year. While often uncomfortable, the inability to know the future is actually quite a blessing at times. To know the future would mean that we also would feel responsible to attempt to change that future if something were foreknown to be harmful to someone we love or ourselves. This type of responsibility could cause irresponsible actions by us because we would feel compelled to take actions which, on a universal-eternal basis, may not be prudent.

No, for the most part we know not the future. The year just past has proven that to most of us with the social-political events which have shook the globe. But the globe has been shaken before, yet it still spins on its axis and travels around the sun at a steady pace. And yes, we are still here.

The fact is that the spiritual Kingdom of God is but still an infant, a newborn. The Apostle, Paul, stated that he, representing the early church, “travailed in birth” (GAL 4:19) awaiting the rebirth of the believers in God through the Christ Spirit. And John said, in the book of The Revelation, that the birth of the Christian Church was as if the Hebrew faith were pregnant, and “travailing in birth,” or that is to be in labor (REV 12:2). The early church was the rebirth of mankind’s faith in the true Holy Spirit of God.

It has now been two allegorical days since that birth (2PE 3:8) and while much growth has occurred within the past 2000 years for most of us our eyes are not yet open. Many of us are frustrated and dismayed that the world is still in what seems to be even worse turmoil than historians have recorded to have occurred in the past. So we weep and shout and proclaim ourselves the ones to bring about the promised Kingdom of God on Earth, even with violence if necessary. Yet, even this decision shows that we do not understand Christ’s words when he said, “My kingdom is not of this world.” (JON 18:36)

We are still infants, when it comes to true faith in God. Even as this year we call 2017 is but three days old today, the universal, invisible church called “Christian” is just now entering its third day of existence in the Spiritual realm. It is now time for believers to open our eyes to see the possibilities of the spiritual world which cannot be seen, but sensed only in our hearts and minds – only in our spirits. By doing so, and only by doing so, shall we see the fulfillment of the line in the Lord’s Prayer: “ Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”  (MAT 6:9-11)

May God bless you all this coming year.
